We have recently received reports of some speakers receiving suspicious emails(eg. from DocuSign )requesting them to upload information and submit materials.
Please be aware that this is a phishing website, and do not upload any information or submit any materials on it.
The only official website for the conference is www.ismsc2024.com. Please do not respond to or click on any other website links to avoid falling victim to scams.

News on Visa-Free Entry Trial Policy:
(1)The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued on March 7th, 2024: In order to further promote personnel exchanges between China and foreign countries, China has decided to expand the scope of visa-free countries and try out a visa-free policy for ordinary passport holders from six countries: Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg. From March 14 to November 30, 2024, holders of ordinary passports from the above-mentioned countries can enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends and transiting through the border for no more than 15 days. Those who do not meet the visa exemption conditions from the above-mentioned countries still need to apply for a visa to China before entering the country.
(2)The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued on January 25th, 2024: Representatives of the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Singapore signed the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on the Reciprocal Exemption of Visas for Holders of Ordinary Passports. The agreement will enter into force on February 9, 2024. At that time, holders of ordinary passports from both sides can enter each other's countries without a visa and stay for no more than 30 days. If you intend to stay in the other country for more than 30 days, you must obtain a visa before entering the other country.

Notice on Visa-Free Entry Trial Policy for 6 Countries:To further facilitate cross-border travel and China’s high-quality development and high-standard opening up, China has decided to apply unilateral visa-free policy to more countries on a trial basis, which involves extending visa-free treatment to travelers holding ordinary passports from six countries, namely France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia. From December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024, citizens from the above-mentioned countries holding ordinary passports can be exempted from visa to enter China and stay for no more than 15 days for business, tourism, family visit and transit purposes.
